A structured room for sincere disagreement and careful listening.

A participant chooses one curated question, writes a short private reflection, optionally shares a one-sentence opening note, enters an anonymous queue, and is matched with another person who chose the same question.

They speak for 20 minutes in a private voice room. There is no audience, no public profile, no followers, no likes, no comments, no recording, no transcription, and no published content.

The purpose is to create a small, structured space for listening, sincere disagreement, moral attention, and human judgment without the performance incentives of social media.

Questions are curated. User-submitted questions require founder approval before they enter the live pool.

Privacy & Safety

• Isos Room does not record conversations.
• Isos Room does not transcribe conversations.
• Isos Room does not publish conversations.
• Isos Room does not provide public profiles, followers, likes, comments, or public conversation feeds.
• Private reflections are for the participant's own preparation and are not shown to the partner.
• Optional opening notes are shown to the matched partner if the user chooses to provide one.
• Feedback and submitted questions may be stored for private alpha review.
• Queue, match, and session metadata may be used to operate the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve the alpha.
• Audio infrastructure may be provided by a third-party voice provider, currently Daily.

Users should not share sensitive personal information in conversations. Users can leave a conversation if it becomes uncomfortable or disrespectful.

Isos Room is not therapy, crisis support, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or professional counseling. During alpha, access may be revoked for safety, misuse, abuse, or violation of the rules.

Alpha Terms

Participation

• Isos Room is currently a private alpha.
• Access is limited and may be changed, suspended, or revoked at any time.
• The alpha may contain bugs, downtime, imperfect matching, audio issues, or incomplete features.

No recording or capture

• Users may not record, screen record, audio record, video record, livestream, transcribe, screenshot for publication, or otherwise capture conversations.
• Users may not use external tools, AI tools, browser extensions, meeting bots, transcription services, or screen-capture tools to record, summarize, publish, or analyze a conversation.
• Users may not share another participant's words, identity, opening note, or personal information outside the room without that person's explicit consent.
• Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
• Isos Room prohibits recording or capture as a condition of alpha access regardless of whether a local law might otherwise permit some kind of recording.

Conduct

• Users must treat other participants with basic dignity.
• Bullying, harassment, belittling, threats, hate speech, intimidation, doxxing, sexual harassment, impersonation, manipulation, or targeted abuse are prohibited.
• Users may disagree strongly, but they may not demean or attack the other person.
• Users may not use Isos Room to solicit, sell, recruit, spam, promote, proselytize aggressively, or pressure other participants.
• Users may not attempt to bypass matching, access founder tools, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, or misuse alpha access.

User responsibility

• Users are responsible for their own conduct and for what they choose to share.
• Users should not rely on other participants for professional advice.
• Isos Room does not verify the expertise, identity, intentions, or claims of participants during the alpha.
• Isos Room may investigate, restrict, suspend, or revoke access when violations are reported or detected.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isos Room and Court Les Rues are not responsible for harm caused by a participant's own conduct, another participant's conduct, user-provided content, reliance on another participant's statements, or unauthorized user recording or capture.

Enforcement and acceptance

Isos Room may remove questions, reject submissions, review feedback, restrict access, revoke alpha credentials, block users, or take other disciplinary action related to alpha access. Reports and feedback may be reviewed privately for safety and product improvement.

By entering the alpha, the user agrees to follow these rules. If they do not agree, they should not participate.
